Voyageurs' Wilderness Lodge allows you to escape into a memorable lifetime wilderness experience.  Located about 50 miles from International Falls, MN, on beautiful Clearwater Lake, Voyageurs' is a great place to relax and recharge.  Accessible only by a 3 mile boat ride, we welcome you to bring your own boat or we can provide one.  What really makes this chain of lakes special is the variety of scenic beauty and fishing.  With over 45 miles of connected waterways that are sheltered and easy to navigate, this area offers an abundance of Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout, Muskie and Perch.  Guests are welcome to come in and relax at the main lodge with your hosts, Dale and Helen Tiede.

Our fully modern housekeeping cabins include full bathrooms, hot water, electric stoves, refrigerators, linens, pillows, towels, cooking utensils, microwaves, gas barbeque grills, outdoor fish cookers, and each has its own dock right in front.  Plug-ins are on the front of each cabin for battery chargers.  All are near the water and vary in size from 4 to 10 people.  Our bait shop has fish cleaning and freezing faciities for your conveniences as well as live bait.  There is also a game room with a pool table for your enjoyment. 

Bring your boat or rent one of ours!  We offer 16-foot Lund boats with 40 hp 4-stroke Yamaha motors.  We also offer a 24-foot pontoon boat.  Fishing licenses need to be purchased before you arrive. You can get them at Cloverleaf Grocery in Emo along with any groceries or snacks you may need. 

We can also do the cooking for you on the American Plan which is a large buffet breakfast and a large homecooked dinner buffet.  Items you want to be sure to bring are rain gear, cold weather gear, bug repellent, bar soap, shampoo, coffee, ziplock bags, snacks, beverages and fishing tackle.  Over 90% of our guests are repeat.  Upon request, we will share references with you.  We have very satisfied customers who can also give pointers on travel and on what to expect from a wilderness vacation.  Be sure to book in advance!!
